Älvsbyn, just an hour’s drive from Luleå, returned to the international stage in 2024 when it joined the RallyX calendar.
In 1994, the track hosted the Swedish round of the FIA European Championship, with a legendary duel between Martin Schanche and Kenneth Hansen.
With a length of 1,150 metres, Älvsbyn thrilled the RallyX drivers in 2024, with its first corner offering plenty of overtaking opportunities.
The Swedish track is challenging by nature and forces the drivers to rely on their instincts. Without a doubt, Älvsbyn remains one of the toughest and most demanding tracks on the RallyX calendar.
